I'm Jasper Meddock.
Hopefully you've enjoyed looking at some of my work and reviews on my site. If you couldn't already tell from my videos, I love emotions. My number one goal is to create wedding films that make you feel something. While filming your wedding day, from behind the camera I will often get goosebumps and feel the same excitement and anticipation that you're feeling. Then, when I get to the editing process, I make sure that those feelings get translated into lasting memories for you to watch over and over again, bringing you right back to those incredibly special and fleeting moments.
This truly is my passion and I love what I do. The idea of getting to create meaningful, impactful memory capsules for clients is a real honor, and there is nothing else I’d rather be doing than creating wedding films (Believe me, I’ve done everything from shoot wedding photos in New York to farming cotton in Australia and a whole buncha stuff in between).

My Approach
“Part fly on the wall, part ‘let’s laugh and have fun together’ all day”
I’ve filmed well over 100 weddings, and in that time I’ve developed a mentality and approach that is part fly on the wall, part “let’s laugh and have fun together” all day. I never want my couples to feel like they have to perform for me, and if you’ve seen/enjoyed any of my work, I promise you those couples didn’t feel that way either. In fact most of the time, by the end of the day we seem more like friends than anything else. I very much honor how special all of the natural moments that happen on a wedding day are from start to finish, and I try to interject myself only when necessary, staying just close enough to catch every kiss, tear, and whisper but far enough to not be intrusive.
CREATIVE PROCESS

Step 1 - Contact Us
Simply fill out the contact form here on our website, and we will get back to you within 48 hours. We then provide you with answers to any additional questions you have (see FAQ here) and, if you’d like, schedule a Video call where we can get to know each other a bit and determine if we are a good fit for each other.
Step 2 - Contract
Once your questions regarding the wedding day are answered, we will get a few bits of information from you and email you a contract. Once the contract is signed and deposit is paid, your wedding date will officially be booked.
Step 3 - Schedule
Approximately one month before the wedding, we will schedule a Video call to discuss the final details of your day such as locations, timeline, and any special details you want us to capture. Based on the information provided, I will determine a shooting schedule, giving you a clear idea of when I will be there on the day of and what to expect. This is also a really great way for us to not be strangers on the day of your wedding.
Step 4 - Wedding Day

Step 5 - Post Production
Editing is the last step in the workflow. A 1-minute teaser video will be created shortly after the event, and then the full post-production process usually takes 12-14 weeks, depending on what is agreed upon in your contract.
